Background of the project
We were experiencing relationship issues between leaders and subordinates, including staff criticizing leaders and not following instructions. We believed that the root cause largely stemmed from leadership qualities, and sought to address this through external consulting—specifically, leadership training programs—to drive improvement.

Thai CCI suggested that in addition to individual skill development, organizational environment improvement and systematization were also necessary. While we had a performance appraisal system in place, the feedback mechanism was weak—which we identified as one of the factors contributing to the strained relationships between leaders and subordinates. We therefore engaged Thai CCI to address this issue.
