The background of consultation

Background of the project

Before the spread of COVID-19, we used HR training programs provided by external companies, and every year several Thai staff members at the site leader level or above participated in various management-related training programs. However, over the past two to three years, due to restrictions implemented as part of infection prevention measures, it became impossible to conduct in-person group training for our staff. During this period, many new employees joined the company, and we began to feel a lack of communication, with people only knowing each other’s faces and names. We therefore decided to start by providing systematic HR training mainly for managers and employees at an equivalent level, with the aim of strengthening internal cooperation, and considered once again using external HR training services.

Why Our Client Chose CC Innovation

When we were considering restarting HR training for our Thai staff, we heard from the representative of Thai CC Innovation, whom we meet with regularly, that they could support HR training programs. This caught our interest.With the HR training programs we had used from other providers in the past, there was no measurement of training effectiveness or feedback provided to participants, resulting in a “one-off training” with little follow-up. In contrast, the proposal from Thai CC Innovation included thorough support, such as effectiveness measurement through surveys conducted before and after the training, as well as individual feedback for each participant. For these reasons, we decided to proceed with the training.

This training included many workshops, which allowed staff members to learn while enjoying active communication with one another. As a result, we felt the program was highly effective. We also received many positive comments from participants, such as “I learned a lot” and “I would definitely like to participate again,” and we believe the training contributed to improving staff motivation. In daily operations, we have also noticed that each department has become more conscious of reporting, communication, and consultation, with closer and more frequent interaction than before. We feel that the effects of the training are gradually becoming visible. Human resource development requires a long-term perspective, and we believe it is necessary to continue various initiatives, including training programs, on an ongoing basis. We would like to continue consulting with Thai CC Innovation and hope they will keep providing proposals and support tailored to our company’s needs.
