Background of the project
As part of our internal initiatives, we have been reviewing the profitability of each product group based on departmental profit and loss data. However, with increasing competition from foreign companies, the business environment now requires more precise cost accounting, prompting us to reassess our current approach.
To address this need, we have engaged an external consultant to review and update our existing cost accounting methodology.

While CC Innovation had initially proposed consulting services related to human resource development as a separate project, we later learned that they also possess extensive experience in cost accounting, which drew our interest.
As there were no other companies in Thailand capable of addressing similar challenges, and given CC Innovation’s proven track record in the local market, we decided to engage them for this assignment.
